This is where they tore out fence, a large tree, and a whole bunch of brush to make an entrance. A fence panel and posts need replacing.

What you're looking at here is the bar over the pool. It's powered, but it's not a wet-bar. At least, not yet, although that could be a fun project.

This is the patio deck, from the upper level of the house. It needs clearing. Note the large pile of dirt that's where our Pool should be.
